Conocimiento sobre aspectos legales del personal de enfermería domiciliaria en Puerto Madryn-2024.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de tipo descriptivo, cuantitativo de corte transversal investiga el nivel de conocimiento que posee el personal de enfermería sobre los aspectos legales que respaldan al profesional de enfermería en la internación domiciliaria y sus implicancias en el sector privado de la ciudad de Puerto Madryn, en el periodo de mayo-julio del 2024. Para el cual se utilizó un cuestionario conformado por 18 ítems que permitieran evaluar el conocimiento sobre Aspectos Legales. Los resultados reflejan que el 50% del personal de enfermería del sector privado poseen un adecuado nivel de conocimiento de los aspectos legales. Mientras que el 42% del personal de enfermería restante desconocen el marco legal que regula sus acciones, lo que significa que su nivel de conocimiento sobre los aspectos legales es relativamente bajo y que estaría poniendo en riesgo su práctica diariamente. Lo que indica que es imprescindible la capacitación sobre los aspectos legales y auditorías correspondientes, tendientes a mejorar la calidad en la atención y reducir el riesgo de posible mala praxis, posiblemente causada por impericia, la imprudencia y la negligencia.

This descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional study investigates the level of knowledge of the nursing staff on the legal aspects that support the nursing professional in home hospitalization and its implications in the private sector in the city of Puerto Madryn, in the period May-July 2024. For this purpose, a questionnaire made up of 18 items was used to assess knowledge on Legal Aspects. The results show that 50% of the nursing personnel in the private sector have an adequate level of knowledge of the legal aspects. While 42% of the remaining nursing personnel do not know the legal framework that regulates their actions, which means that their level of knowledge of the legal aspects is relatively low and would be putting their daily practice at risk. This indicates that training on legal aspects and corresponding audits are essential in order to improve the quality of care and reduce the risk of possible malpractice, possibly caused by inexperience, imprudence and negligence.
